Research and Evaluation Services
Evaluation results provide policy makers and funding sources with
information for future program development as well as provide program
managers and community leaders with information that can be used
to modify and improve existing programs.
CCI offers practical and extremely cost-competitive needs assessment,
evaluation and research services for individual programs, facilities,
drug courts, court systems and projects within criminal justice
and health systems. CCI is committed to planning, designing and
conducting evaluations as well as enhancing current evaluation capabilities.
CCI has a network of researchers who will provide process, outcome
and impact evaluation through the use of quantitative data analysis,
qualitative analysis, the use of questionnaires, the use of interviewing
techniques, focus groups and the use of surveys. CCI can develop
performance measures (goals and objectives), set up evaluation design,
collect the data variables and analyze the data for evaluation.
CCI will report the evaluation by means of documentation, presentation
or publication.
CCI's research team has many years of experience evaluating criminal
justice programs and systems for effectiveness.
