The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) within the Office of Justice Programs at the U.S. Department of Justice has announced the FY25 Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).
This NOFO provides federal funding to support the implementation and enhancement of juvenile drug treatment courts to improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
Applicants must complete a two-step submission process; more information is available starting on page 14 of the NOFO.

About the Program
The OJJDP Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program is designed to support juvenile drug treatment courts in the following categories. The anticipated period of performance for each category is 36 months.
• Category 1: Planning and Implementation
o Eligibility: State, county, city, township, and federally recognized Native American tribal governments
o Number of anticipated awards: 2
o Anticipated ceiling (per award): $1,000,000
• Category 2: Enhancement
o Eligibility: State, county, city, township, and federally recognized Native American tribal governments
o Number of anticipated awards: 3
o Anticipated ceiling (per award): $825,000
