- Registration & payment due by October 16th, 2026 to ensure prompt delivery of training materials
- A CCI Training Agreement must be completed to receive certification.
Training Refund Policy:
- No refunds within 60 days of the training date.
- Rescheduling is available with assistance from CCI staff.
- Training fees may be credited toward materials purchases.
- $50 processing fee applies for cancellations made within 10 days of training.
