Foundations of Substance Use Disorder (SUD)

A comprehensive foundation training designed to provide professionals with a solid foundation for collaborating with individuals impacted by substance and alcohol use disorders. This training reviews definitions, root causes, and explores evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT and MAT. Participants will also learn CCI’s four SUD models of practice and gain firsthand experience through case vignettes and cognitive-behavioral exercises.

Logistics:

• 1 CEU offered
• Four core SUD workbooks & Facilitator Guides (Where Do I Go Now, What Do I Do Now, Taking the High Road, Staying Quit)
• Certificate of Completion (5–7 business days post-training)
• Registration & payment due by April 9th, 2026, to ensure prompt delivery of training materials
• A CCI Training Agreement must be completed to receive certification.
